Yikes! I haven’t done one of these in a couple weeks, have I? Sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the weekend and forget about posting, I have to admit. But I’ve been saving up some links the past few weeks that I hope you’ll enjoy browsing!
- Jen gives a tour of her lovely studio space!
- Interested in seeing all the padding that made the New Look possible? Gertie shared images from a vintage padding pattern.
- Do you collect vintage patterns too? I’d highly recommend reading the series on just that at the New Vintage Lady blog (part one and part two).
- Solanah shared some pictures of her stylist grandmother!
- I love Sal’s breakdown of outfits that match versus the ones that “go” together.
- This must be the week for new studio spaces–Alicia (of Posie Gets Cozy) posted pictures of her new studio too!
- These images from a 1930s needlework booklet are making me drool (and mentally add more projects to my “future knitting” list… lol.).
Hope you’re enjoying your weekend, friends! I have some fun posts planned for this week, and I’ll be back tomorrow with some 40s catalog scans to kick it off!
