Hi, Casey, I’m from Rio de Janeiro, I recently discovered your blog when I was looking for how-to videos on pin-up hairdos. I’m simply loving being your reader. Not an excellent cook myself, but the idea of making my own marshmallows seemed like a good way to go… Merry Xmas!

I had no idea you could even MAKE marshmallows, let alone adorable peppermint ones! Casey…You’ve opened a whole new world to me. As soon as i have the time, and money for the ingredients, I am SO whipping up some of my own marshmallows. Tell me more about these goodie boxes you send to family. What do you include in them?
